We truly appreciate you taking the time to be part of the experience and we strive to make volunteering with us fun, welcoming, and rewarding.
Age Requirements: We are happy to welcome student volunteers between the ages of 14–16. Please note that some tasks or roles may require volunteers to be 16 years of age or older. Community Hours: Students are welcome to volunteer with us for their community involvement hours, and we are happy to sign off on them.

Saturday, March 28 – Event Day 1

Volunteers are needed for both set-up (Friday) and event days (Saturday & Sunday).
Volunteer Perks
Your volunteer badge provides free access to the event all weekend during your breaks.
Volunteers will receive discounts at participating vendor booths, including Geeked Out and Cheeky Treats booths. Our vendors have been encouraged to give discounts if they see a volunteer lanyard, so please keep it on during breaks.
If you volunteer Friday or Saturday only but wish to attend Sunday, we will provide a free event bracelet for entry.
Lunch is provided Saturday and Sunday.
Snacks and drinks will be available in the Volunteer Headquarters during your breaks.
Friday volunteers: Please bring a meal or let us know if you need time to step out for food.
Shifts
Volunteer shifts are a minimum of 3 hours.
You may sign up for one shift or multiple shifts.
If you cannot stay for the full shift, please note your availability in the comments section of the form.
Responsibilities will vary depending on the shift and will be assigned during a brief volunteer meeting before your shift begins.
If there are tasks you are unable to perform (for example lifting tables), please include this in the comments.
Assist vendors at the loading dock during check-in (Must be 16 years or older for this role)
Help with final event preparations, including setting up the Volunteer Headquarters
Saturday Morning (8am–10am) – Pre-Event Set-Up
Help organize the admission desk
Assist with consignor check-in and setup
Walk the event floor to check in with vendors and answer questions
Help manage line-ups, greet guests and distribute ballots
Event Hours (Saturday & Sunday, 10am–4pm)
Assist at the admission desk (bracelets, ballots, questions)
Monitor entrance and exit doors (bracelet checks and attendance counting)
Floor runners: check on vendors, assist attendees, and report issues to organizers
Sunday – Tear Down (4pm–7pm)
Assist vendors at the loading dock during load-out
Pack up admission desk, Volunteer Headquarters, and free-play zones
General clean-up
Before You Register It is very important to only sign up for shifts you are able to attend. If your availability changes, let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust the schedule. If you sign up for all shifts (either for an entire day or the entire weekend, we will assume you want all of those shifts). Please allow 2-3 days before we confirm your schedule and welcome you to our team.
