By submitting your registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Vendor Policies
I have read and agree to comply with the Vendor & Artisan Policies available on the Geeked Out Events website. I understand that it is my responsibility to review these policies prior to registering and to ensure that all products, displays, and conduct comply with these requirements.
Registration & Booth Sharing
I understand that vendor registrations are non-transferable to another vendor without the prior written approval of Geeked Out Events. I also understand that booth sharing with another vendor or artisan is not permitted.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
I have read and understand the Cancellation and Refund Policy as outlined on the Vendor Registration Information page.
Products & Artwork
I agree not to sell counterfeit, reproduced, or unauthorized merchandise. This includes, but is not limited to, counterfeit LEGO, Funkos, video games, unlicensed 3D printed reproductions, or similar products that infringe on intellectual property rights.
Original artistic creations are welcome. However, artwork must not directly copy or reproduce another company's intellectual property through methods such as unauthorized 3D printing. For example, creating and selling a 3D printed LEGO minifigure is not permitted. However, using an authentic LEGO minifigure as part of an original handcrafted piece, such as jewellery, is acceptable.
Artisans may not sell artwork created using Artificial Intelligence (AI). Any vendor found selling AI-generated artwork may be permanently prohibited from participating in future Geeked Out Events.
All artwork must either be created by you or sold with the original artist's permission. If you are selling another artist's work, you must clearly credit the artist at your booth.
Booth Requirements
I agree to remain within my assigned booth space and will not extend displays into neighbouring booths or customer aisles. My booth will be maintained in a clean, safe, and professional manner, free from tripping hazards or other safety concerns.
I understand that booth and table spaces are placed directly beside one another with little or no space between or behind them, and I will plan my display accordingly. Table coverings are mandatory for all display tables.
Event Hours
I agree not to begin packing up or leaving before the official closing time of the event (4:00 p.m. on Sunday). Early teardown negatively impacts the event experience for attendees and fellow vendors. I understand that vendors who pack up early may not be invited to participate in future Geeked Out Events.
Vendor Guide
I understand that a Vendor Guide will be emailed approximately 10-14 days before the event. I agree to read the guide in its entirety before contacting Geeked Out Events with questions, as it contains important information regarding setup, event procedures, and teardown.
If I require clarification after reviewing the guide, I am encouraged to contact Geeked Out Events. We are always happy to help and appreciate vendors taking the time to review the information provided.
Marketing & Promotion
As a participating vendor, I agree to help promote the event whenever possible. Whether through social media, email, word of mouth, or by sharing information with friends, family, and customers. Every effort helps make the event successful for everyone.
Vendors must not create separate Facebook event pages for Geeked Out Events. Please share and invite others using the official event page created by Geeked Out Events.
Printed promotional materials are available upon request for vendors who operate retail stores or attend other events and would like to help promote the show.
